When you interact with an email we send through Mailchimp, data are collected about the interaction so we can provide more relevant content for you.
Mailchimp does this by adding single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in the emails. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable Mailchimp and us to recognize when an email is opened or certain links are clicked. These technologies record each contact’s email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for an email campaign. This data is used to create reports about how an email campaign performed.

We do not sell or trade your personal information to outside parties. We use outside credit card and electronic funds transfer processing companies to bill users for products and services. When we collect sales taxes in our online store (for customers who reside in North Carolina), third party vendor TaxJar will assist with calculating the tax needed at check out. Our third party vendor Biopharma Institute’s Privacy Policy is available HERE. This only applies if you arrived at our website through their marketing outreach.
