License Agreement

eLearning Courses: Your course fee for a single learner entitles you to limited use of one online eLearning course for 45 consecutive days from date of purchase. Course interactive eLearning and testing capabilities and completion certificates are available for one single learner per course purchase. The digital link and sign-in instructions are for your personal use only and may not be shared. For multiple learners, please purchase more than one copy of the eLearning course. Also available are group rates, full site licenses, or SCORM packages by contacting info@clinicalpathwaysresearch.com.

For multiple purchases, sharing of the content with other individuals who hold a limited license for access to the content for the purpose of collaboration is permissible.

In the case of site license or SCORM purchase, you agree that it is for the limited use of your organization and will be used solely for non-commercial use, you will not share your sign-in with any other entity outside your organization, and you will not distribute any content to any other individual outside your organization without explicit consent from Clinical Pathways, LLC. Content may not be reused for commercial use in part or whole without explicit consent from Clinical Pathways, LLC.

Clinical Pathways, LLC retains all rights to all content displayed in webinars or eLearning courses, including audio, visual elements, video clips, PDF material, handouts, questions, animations, or other content shown during courses or webinars. BY PURCHASING AN ELEARNING COURSE OR WEBINAR, YOU AGREE THAT IT IS FOR YOUR PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE, YOU WILL NOT SHARE YOUR SIGN-IN WITH ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY, AND YOU WILL NOT DISTRIBUTE ANY CONTENT TO ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL WITHOUT EXPLICIT CONSENT FROM CLINICAL PATHWAYS, LLC.

Live Webinars: Your registration fee for a single attendee entitles you to one-time access to one live webinar, and its recording for a limited time of 10 days. Completion certificates, if applicable, and webinar recordings are available for only one attendee per webinar purchase. The digital link and sign-in instructions are for your personal use only and may not be shared. For multiple attendees, please purchase more than one registration. Discounts are available for larger groups by contacting info@clinicalpathwaysresearch.com.

Commercial use is strictly prohibited and includes marketing, repurposing, promoting, distributing, using for personal or corporate gain, or selling our product or webinar material or any portion of our product or webinar material as your own. For example, this means that you may not create presentations for lectures, webinars, seminars, slide decks, blogs, books, other courses, workbooks, pictures, screenshots, audio clips, or other content based upon our content or imagery that implies that the content was created, distributed, or sold by anyone other than Clinical Pathways, LLC. You have no rights to access any content after expiration date. Personal recordings of webinars are prohibited.

License Agreement for Enterprise

eLearning Courses: In the case of site license or SCORM purchase, you agree that it is for the use of your organization and will be used solely for non-commercial use, you will not share access to the content with any other entity outside your organization, and you will not distribute any portions of the content to any other individual outside your organization without explicit consent from Clinical Pathways, LLC. Content may be shared within the organization as applicable for the learning use cases deemed necessary by your training management teams. Sharing of the DIGR-ACT® workbook with other individuals within the organization who have access to the content for the purpose of collaboration is permissible. Content may not be reused for commercial use in part or whole without explicit consent from Clinical Pathways, LLC.

Clinical Pathways, LLC retains all rights to all content displayed in eLearning courses, including audio, visual elements, video clips, PDF material, workbooks, handouts, questions, animations, or other content shown during courses. By purchasing an eLearning course SCORM or site license, you agree that it is for your organization’s use outlined in the contract with Clinical Pathways, and you will not distribute any content, including SCORM files, handouts, workbooks, audio, or visual to any other individual or organization without explicit consent from Clinical Pathways, LLC.

The Services, including but not limited to Content, audio clips, documents, videos, visual elements, questions, and handouts, contain proprietary information and material that is intellectual property owned by Clinical Pathways, LLC. Reverse engineering or recreating content based on our IP is strictly prohibited. Unless Clinical Pathways enters into a mutual reseller agreement, commercial reselling is strictly prohibited and includes marketing, repurposing, promoting, distributing, using for personal or corporate gain, or selling our product or webinar material or any portion of our product or webinar material as your own. For example, this means that you may not create presentations for lectures, webinars, seminars, slide decks, blogs, books, other courses, workbooks, pictures, screenshots, audio clips, or other content based upon our content or imagery that implies that the content was created, distributed, or sold by anyone other than Clinical Pathways, LLC.
